MySQL & Wordpress High Memory Usage goes up by 5% every 15min

my memory goes through roof every time I use Wordpress & mysql is running. MySQL is not secured??? iptables are set to accept only local request and connections, my.cnf is optimized as well.

Memory is normal and then every 15 minutes goes up by 5% - mysql related....

Cant figure it begginer

Some suggestions???
