mod security issue

after compiling mod security my apache is not running;
specs are:
httpd-2.0.52-28
redhat kerlnel, 2.6-9
modsecurity 2.1.0

errors are:
httpd: [Tue Mar 20 10:52:54 2007] [warn] module include_module is already loaded, skipping
and more like above:

any idea?

It means you are loading things twice..in other words the install might have moded your apache conf file and then you manually edited it...make sure mod security isnt being loaded twice.
