logwatch: A total of 3 unidentified 'other' records logged

i am running apache 2.50 on fedora core 2. my logwatch excerpt is below. I have heard that this is not a problem; simply an IIS buffer overflow that only affects microsoft products. Unfortunately, my google search only returned one hit so I just wanted to make sure that my understanding is correct. Can anyone help?

--------------------- httpd Begin ------------------------

Code:
/\x90\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1
\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\
 <edited due to posting limitations> with response code(s) 414
GET /modules/gallery/css/standalone_style.css.default HTTP/1.1 with response code(s) 200;
GET /modules/gallery/css/embedded_style.css.default HTTP/1.1 with response code(s) 200 200 200
