Hi,
I'm using a login script for a user to login to my linux box
which i've added in "/etc/passwd", able to use the script
successfully as bash. But using the same user unable to
login to the system via FTP port.
Do i want to change any other files ?

Which ftp server are you using? Are you seeing anything in the server-side logs? Can any users log in over ftp?

I'm using "vsftpd-1.1.0-1", No there is no logs on server side.
While logging in from user side only the error message

You can't login because the ftp daemon is surely complaining of an invalid shell. Check you ftpd logs.

No I'm unable to find the error logs on ftpd and even in vsftpd, To resolve this
issue is there any other option. Say, where i can change the login shell for that
particular user.
Kindly suggest me a better option.
