Logging configuration

Hi, quick and easy question. I have just set up several servers on my network for various features. I also have setup a cental logging server and each machine can connect to it and log succesfully. The final thing I need to do is be able to specify seperate log files for each server / application combination that I have (eg. apache on machine 1, samba on machine 1, apache on machine 2, etc. all have seperate log files on the log server). I know that using syslog, you can specify different facilites to write to different files (eg. auth, authpriv, cron, daemon, ftp, kern, lpr, etc.). The problem is multiple applications / utilities utilize the same facility when logging, eg. lets say I want to store iptables logs in a different file than the rest of the kernel messages. Is there anyway to do this with syslogd, klogd, or do I need another logging utility? EIther way please elaborate on as many details as possible. Thank you greatly for your help.

Your answers are in the syslog.conf manpage. You can even sent logs to vt/12 if you wanted to.
