Live antivirus distro
hi all just a quick quettion, is there a live version of linux either cd or pendrive based with a good antivirus/antispyware software on it as i am sick of fixing friends computers with windows based software. all af their computers ar windows based

thanks for that. another quick question can i extract the iso on to a usb pen will it boot from that.

There is actually a utility on the ISO that builds a bootable USB stick. Give that a try.
