Linux Tutorials ( CD_ROM Video) please help "NEWBIE"

I would like to know what is a good all round training tutorial without doing my money!!!

I am looking for CD_ROMs video tutorials on Linux (RedHat, Enterprise, Fedora) something along the below topics.

*setup a web server - (Apache, make it run like an ISP)
*security and hacking- (root kits etc)
*reading which log files (Which ones, knowing what to look for)

the about would be a great start!

There are plenty of good security websites and tutorials (though I don't know of anything on CD-ROM). The security references thread is a great starting place for locating resources. Best of all it's free (plus no shipping and handling either).
