I don't understand the question.
Do you mean:

- you want to spoof your IP securely
- you want to see the real IP when someone tries to do IP Spoofing

i mean that if someone declares himself as a gateway to spy my pc

if he did that from windows

yes, if someone takes control of your gateway they will be able to spy on you, no matter what operating system you use - windows, unix, gnu/linux, take your pick...

the way you prevent them from being able to spy on you is by using encryption...
