If you feel it helps you. I'm just pretty confident it's not doing anything on your Fedora; the images got to your trash some other way than a computer virus, I'm afraid.
You probably didn't check out who owned the files (probably your username), when they were last modified, accessed etc. did you? It might have shed some light on when exactly they were moved to your trash directory..does your pc have other users? Remote connections?
Those pictures don't seem to be from any app I know.
