Identify the tcp flooding

Can we suspect that there are flooding(DOS attack)??, if there is huge value for tcp current established.

I have executed the following snmpwalk command at my environment. Can we assume that there may be tcp flooding(DOS attack) by referring this value

TCP-MIB::tcpCurrEstab.0 = Gauge32: 96
