Are you asking whether you can use an .htaccess file to block connections from a client's network interface card with a specified MAC address?

I don't think it can be done.

Absolutely yes..i'm trying to block the user with MAC Address.

And why not by IP?

I'm guessing that the original poster figures that it's harder to spoof a machine's MAC address than its IP address.

It's not _that_ much harder. I automatically reset my NIC's MAC address to something pseudorandom (but reasonable-looking) every time I reboot.
