How to login as root on Pure-FTPd

I need to pure-ftpd useradd on root
and able to login as from any other user

root was deleted from /etc/ftpusers

And no, i am not going to use any kind of secured connection

I just need it to stop telling that i am using root

Pure is started up automatically with some magic i didnt set up(Pure did)

I dont need a 2 min workaround

I am going to use it daily

Hi,

ftp is an insecure protocol, as it transfers data without any encryption.
If you are not concerned about the security implications using ftp (especially as root), then you should start pure-ftpd with the "-u0" option
