How to done entry in sudoers file???

For security reson i don't want to give root password to others.
But i want to give some of priviledge to other user for accessing some of root cmd.

I know that it can be possible by using sudo cmd. but for that v need to do entry of that user in /etc/sudoers file.

So, my question is What i have to write in sudoers file to give priviledge of superuser to Normal user????

And also if u know any other solution (other than modifing sudoers file ) for same problem then also it's appriciated....

Thanks for giving atleast one watch toward my problem....

Read the man page for the sudoers file.
