how to check internet users on the network

hi guys,

we have a red hat 9 server in our office with squid as a transparent proxy with a 512kbps internet connection we are allowing the users on our LAN to access the internet. the users are opening up to many site and slowing down the internet, since our internet line is not dedicated line it will break up the speed and share it among the user.
now i want check the users who are hooked on to the internet and what websites their browsing ( to prevent them logging on to movies, games site if possible block those websites).

i know that i can see the log file of the squid to find out what all the websites visited by each ip addr. but it want to if there is any tool where in can see the internet traffic on GUI mode similar to webmin.
if so please suggest me the ways i can achieve this.

thank u in advance.
