How does the LSM Framework works

I want to know how how does the Linux security model framework works and how this complements the standard kernel DAC mechanism.
Thank you

Apparently you know the Linux Security Model exists and you know AppArmor and SELinux exist. Therefore asserting you have done some research please describe in detail what specifics you're looking for (or for what reason), because the question itself is way too broad.
