How Can I Use The Vpn That I Configured??? =(

i finally could configure a VPN on slackware
i used pptp poptop.. well

i have a site with windows machines... 10.41.0.0 /24
i installed the server vpn at 10.41.0.15
and i connected from my house (windows client)
to the server 10.41.0.15 by NAT

but ... only could see the server VPN
how can i acces to the other servers that are at the same segment???

the range of ip for VPN i used is 10.0.0.1-20 at the file
pptpd.conf
localip 10.0.0.1
remoteip 10.0.0.2-20

do i have to use the same range of ip than the local network 10.41.0.0?????

or how can i access to the windows machines by the tunnel that i created.. by linux...????? from mi windows machine at my house

i only can connect to the server 10.41.0.15
