I am looking for a home/family type firewall that does url filtering, possibly IM tracking, and has some decent logging capabilities on which sites the family is going to. It should block porn sites, etc.

What's "IM tracking"?
It sounds like pretty much any distro with Squid/Dansguardian would work for you.
