Angry Help With Root User


everything says that you need to be logged on as root. how do you log on as root. and even beter how do you give root privlidges to a normal user

only root needs root privileges. anything other is a violation of security ... you just login as root at the console ... type root and enter your password!

still didn't work. i need to log onto mandrake as root not just a normal usr or tell mandrake that kingroo is a superuseru

i did that and it says root is not a valid bash command.

u should have to type on prompt
login : root
when it comes password:
type your password there
i think u would b able to log as root
