help me hack my system

I have a desktop system but no monitor. So I took it to work and installed the latest stable version of Debian Linux on it. Then I brought it back home and connected it to my home network. I then proceeded to attempt to use ssh to connect to it only to get 'connection refused'.

either I forgot to allow ssh in the firewall or I forgot to start the ssh server.

I don't have a monitor but I can ping the system from my laptop. Does anyone know of any clever hacks that I can do to get into my system?

thanks

Take it back to work and fix the problem with a monitor. Other than that, there's nothing else we can tell you, as here at LQ we don't help people with cracking - it's against the rules. Do NOT make a habit of asking these type of questions. This thread is closed.
