So what exactly is the problem?

i have a lan network , always there is viruses installed on one of these machine that sends a huge volume of spams , so that my ip being black listed , sometimes i recieve mails that contain address ip for the post and sometimes i dont recive a mail on my postmaster account, how can i always detect the one sends spams, where its ip address is local 192.168. am using NAT
