Fwbuilder: Failed to start program

Howdy!

I've some problems with fwbuilder.
We I try to compile the rules or install the firewall policy I get the follow error:

Code:
fwb_ipt -f /home/firewall/firewall.fwb -d /home/firewall firewall

Error: Failed to start programm

I am using Fedora core 3 and Fwbuilder with iptables.

Greetz,

Evergrey
