I keep seeing this in my website's traffic logs. I don't use a form mail script that I am aware of. I know there are some vulnerabilities related to this. What should I do?

Nothing you can do about it ... it's just traffic without any action taken. Somebody is trying to use the server as kind of an anonymizing mail server probably ...
