Unhappy Firewall issues

Hi there I am on a dedicated broadband connection and having a permanent (Static) IP address. I am going to run a apache server on this computer, and try to access it from outside for some testing purposes. But my ISP has blocked these ports. To enable these ports I have to pay them heavy cash. He is using a cisco PXE firewall

The query is that Is it possible to access my computer from outside any way by by passing that firewall.

I intend to run JABBER, APACHE, FTP servers.

Please let me know as this is purely for educational purposes, I need to access them.

Regards.

I don't know weather it will work or not. but as ur doing testing u can use follow the below mentioned procedure.
use differnt ports other than default ports for apache, ftp, server. mention then in /etc/services files
