firewall for small lan

Dear friends,
I am newbe for linux.i need to configure firewall for one company.i need to configure all the security things.my bos ask to me block facebook and twitter to users.i need step by step documentation for this task.my email id is [email address removed],if u have good configuration manuals pls email me

I'd also suggest removing your email from your posts since you'd be likely to get spammed and it enables the discussion to occur offline where LQ community would not see any benefit.
