File permissions
I've successfully installed a Suse 7.2 configuration and setup a Samba server with a share. This has led me to a question on file permissions. I have a basic understanding of the rwx permission settings for files.
The files I've created under the share however, have permissions or -rwsr--r--. Unless I change the u permissions to rwx I can't open the file. I've looked in a number of places and can't find an explanation of of what the "s" permission is. Any quick answers or pointers to a useful place to start understanding Linux file permissions?
