encrypting the hard drive ?
How do I encrypt a hard drive in a linux operating system, and most importantly why would i want to do this. What are the benefits of it ???

encrypt root filesystem
i'm waiting for debian sarge to come out.
when i do it i want to encrypt the root filesystem and the swap partition.
can't really find a nice easy tutorial, i'm a bit of a linux newb.
any sudgestions
