downloading fix for recent security vulnerability - RH v2.1 AS

For the recent security vulnerability allowing local users to gain root priveleges, has anybody found a valid link to download the fix from? I can't seem to get into Red Hat's FTP site.
Thanks
Joe

You can try using yum if the standard redhat FTP servers are maxxed out.

---EDIT----

The Redhat site looks like it's alright now. Follow this link and select the appropriate kernel (386,686,athlon) for your processor architecture and Redhat version.
