Disallowing halt -p for remote root?

Hi guys,

If log into a server via ssh and switch to the root account, I want to be able to ensure that: halt -p cannot be used. Or at least become passworded. For a local person using the root account, I would still like them to be able to issue the command as per normal.

I think you will be able to do this with the /etc/sudoers, where you would mention to deny any sudo user to use the command halt -p
