Well, if they won't tell you, I don't think we can help you.

Look, the issue here is that it isn't your machine. That means that you have to live with the rules that the owners set, and it is against forum rules to help you circumvent any restrictions an owner has placed on their computer. If you've asked, and they've said no, that should be the end of it.
Beyond that, spend some quality time over at distrowatch. You can probably find more than one small distro aimed at creating firewalls.

well, its a SECRET because someone might look for security holes in the OS and firewall, and try to HACK it.
why do you want it anyways?
i find it hard to believe that you want to know because its a secret. how would you know it was a secret before you even asked the host?
now that you know its a secret, you want to know?
not all of us here are eight.
also,
it might be theyre own distro that they made. so i'd give up.
as the person who posted before me said, "If you've asked, and they've said no, that should be the end of it."

What a secret! After 5 min of Google and DistroWatch:
IPCop Firewall 1.4.15 - 46 MB
Wolverine Firewall and VPN Server 2.01.1008 RC1 - 20.8 MB
m0n0wall 1.23 Stable - 5.76 MB
Coyote Linux 2.24 Stable - 2.58 MB
Anyway, who are "they"?

Ok, do you need that distro or do you need a distro that performs similar functions, i.e. small and has a nice firewall? Road_map pointed out some very nice options but if you elaborate on your requirements, maybe we can point you in a specific direction.
And the problem with helping you find out what that distro is, as I explained earlier, is that helping people crack systems is against forum rules. The choice is yours, you can post some requirements and we'll see where we can go, or you can continue to insist that you need to find out the mystery distro by whatever means possible and the thread will likely be closed.
What'll it be?
