Decrypt SSL

Question, I am trying to figure out a way to decrypt SSL traffic to a specific site, and capture that traffic and replay it or take a look at it via Ethereal. Does anyone know of Proxy App that I can proxy that will terminate the SSL connections itself, and that will save the unencrpted session to a file that Ethereal could interpret? If you have any other ideas for how this can be accomplished I would appreciate. NOTE: This is not for hacking or unsavory purposes. This is strictly for a business purpose.

Thanks.

we have successfully used stunnel to provide a plain to ssl encryption point with good success. if you're ust after the dumping, you can use ssldump to decode ssl traffic. additionally ethereal can decode ssl itself as long as it has the right certificates.
