Servers do not have really "good" protection (enabling syn cookies, use some Iptables extensions, firewalling/turning off services and not bragging on IRC can help partially) against any kind of DoS attacks in the way it keeps them up and accessable. You need to contact your ISP, your hoster, your upstream provider or what it's called to close the connection to your box until it's over or less voluminuous.

The ISP shut it down..
They find it's my own responsibility. so i also have to solve it myself.

that's why I'm looking for someonne who can do/solve this fo me

They find it's my own responsibility.
I think it is because there has to be some cause to provoke this kind of hostility, be it bragging on IRC or hosting certain kinds of content.

I do not have the exrtise to do it myself
I'm certain that if you read these you gain somewhat of an understanding of what you're up against and find clues as to what is necessary to "stop" those attacks (solely from the technical point of view).
Read some, *then* ask, OK?
