are you sure your squid proxy server is running? because dansguardian connects to squid to connect to internet.
post the output of the following:

at /etc/dansguardian/dansguardian.conf | grep -v ^# | grep -v ^$
and also have you made some configuration in your iptables? try to look on the my previous posts and to the posts of those who helped me. you might get some solutions..
