It was the certs. As soon as I installed these test certs it worked, so now I'm going to have to compare them to see what's different. I bet it has something to do with the extended usage properties. I've always hated that part of the specification.

Thanks for the help, if I learned anything useful from comparing the two certs I'll post here.
