checkpoint installation on linux

hi everyone,

i am new to linux security but we have some checkpoint firewalls installed in our office. when i logged into the firewalls i saw it was a complete linux distribution. can someone let me know if we can install the checkpoint server software on linux (i tried finding it out but all softwares i downloaded were checkpoint client software for connecting to VPN). also can i install checkpoint server and management softwares on the same system?

Regards
Kiran

Checkpoint FW software will install on Linux. It also installs on Windows OSs. It will also install using Checkpoint's Secure Platform (SPLAT).
