Post cannot open port 8080 on ubuntu 6.06


can anyone be so kind to tell me how to open port 8080 for apache under ubuntu.

ubuntu's firewall is disabled by default... so unless you actually firewalled port 8080 yourself it should open as soon as you make your daemon listen on it...
