Bypass internet blockage from provider

Dears,

If I own an application that provide a specific service for all customers all over the world like voice over IP, and suddenly some operators decided to block my service (domain names, and IPs) in-country blockage. What are the proposed solution to get my service running once again, without changing IPs or domain addresses.

Awaiting your thoughts.

Thanks.

I would say you need to discuss it with your ISP

If a third party is having the problem (users from other countries), then there is little you can do from your end, other than:

* Creating a proxy service to your own systems under other domain. Beware that it might be blocked too.
* Creating a i2p or tor hidden service that complements the official service.

Both of these require user intervention, because frankly, the problem is in the user's end.

I presume it's not hosted on a residential IP. Easiest would be to get a VPS.

Encrypt and put your service on port 443. ISPs can't inspect it, and can't block it without losing half the internet.

Domain is blocked from the ISP, I already using port 443. The question is shall I keep changing the domain names or use proxy for all traffic.

Thanks.

Our 'thoughts' would be to AGAIN ask you to read the LQ Rules...you're asking about how to circumvent network restrictions, which is against the rules. And the 'suddenly' probably came about because of threads like this:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...rs-4175531739/
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...er-4175491890/

...where you've been blacklisted before, and have asked how to send out '10,000s' emails at a time. Don't be surprised when such things happen. Also, your previous threads where you've told people that you wouldn't even read their replies, told us 'not of your business', etc.:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ls-4175580158/
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...0/#post5452857

...along with requests for people to look things up for you, don't really make people want to help you. Thread reported for LQ Rules Violation

Grow up; you repeatedly ask for handouts, show no effort of your own, ignore forum rules, act snotty (this very post is a good example), and actually expect help???

Good luck...since you're an 'RHCE Instructor' (as one of your other threads claims), you shouldn't have to ask for handouts.
