Blocking websites off command line


I blocked all websites off this command 127.0.0.1 website.com
and it blocked all websites! But I am a netwrk Admin. in a doamin that consist from 50-100 ppl and I have to block a lot of websites! What is the fastest Way???

1 of 2 ways...

"Poison" DNS or a Squid proxy server...
