Best UTM software

Hi

I am looking to setup a UTM style linux server. I will use the server like a gateway and i want it to do the following.
  • Scan packets for viruses
  • Monitor http traffic and block certain sites
  • Monitor applications, block certain applications and monitor bandwidth usage
  • Identify and log traffic

I have seen some stuff to do with squid but it is limited and when googling any solutions i get nothing.

Actually i found this http://xmodulo.com/2013/10/set-web-b...ing-linux.html

I was going to add I would like to have some kind of reporting that was nice on the eye.

Sounds like an interesting project. There are a bunch of separate tools but I don't know of any single distro that puts them all together. Here's a link to a similar project:

The endian community offering is solid.

But the paid version is much better.
