I am running openvpn on a Debian and a Fedora Box. If i want to backup all keys is it enough to save the /etc/openvpn direcotry? When the systems crash, i don't want to do anything with the clients.
My advice is not to back them up, and simply make new ones. This is good for security, as you can rotate your pass-phrases and avoid having keys lying around in potentially insecure places.
