I have installed CentOS 5.2. I want to login automatically for an user without authentication. Help me.

What login manager are you using? If it's GDM I think you'd just need to edit the /etc/gdm/gdm.conf file - the part that looks like this (taken from my Ubuntu 8.10 box):
Code:
# Automatic login, if true the first attached screen will automatically logged
# in as user as set with AutomaticLogin key.
AutomaticLoginEnable=false
AutomaticLogin=
You'd make it look like this example:
Code:
# Automatic login, if true the first attached screen will automatically logged
# in as user as set with AutomaticLogin key.
AutomaticLoginEnable=true
AutomaticLogin=esemkay
BTW, I'll be moving this to Desktop unless you have some security-related follow up question.

Recent versions of gdm use /etc/gdm/custom.conf in place of gdm.conf. I don't remember exactly how it was in CentOS 5.2 (I'm using 5.4 now). Automatic login can be set-up from GUI too, either from menu System --> Administration --> Login Screen or by running the command gdmsetup from a terminal.

Two steps required: in the "Users" tab we have to allow a user for automatic and timed logins. Click on the Add button below the Include box, type in the user name, click Ok and "Apply User Changes". Then in the "Security" tab, check the "Enable Automatic Login" box and select the user name from the drop down menu (it will list only the previously enabled user). Changes will be applied at reboot.
