APF firewall block apt-get and wget


Using Debian 8 with APF installed. After enable the firewall, apt-get and wget no longer work. Most of the settings were leave as default, except
Code:
Inbound - IG_TCP_CPORTS="21,22,53,80,443,6000_7000"
Outbound - EGF="1"
