Anyone know if IPCOPS can filter outbound traffic?

I'd like to stop certain users from sending requests, HTTP for example, to outside servers. Can this be done?

For that matter, is IPCOPs really more than a toy firewall(i.e. home or small office application) ?

Thanks.

check the advproxy addon. there's a plugin for it called blockout or somethign, which does filter on green to red. and ipcop is a very capable firewall, not suitable for enterprise, but certainly has a place in business. you can quickly step sideways to smoothwall.org and then up to smoothwall.com to see the same product shifting for reasomable costs in a 100% commerical environment.
