any more ideas about Patch o matic :string

can any one help me about different implementation and testing of Ptach o matic : string for iptables.
like to hear different configuration example and experience about it.
been through the netfilters web site , cannot find detail about it and also seen two links on web about it, nothing more,,,, really need to hear from any one used it

PatchOMatic adds specific functionality to your IPtables implementation. I used it last to allow multiple pptp connections through a firewall. Unless you have need for the specific functionality you won't have any need for Patchomatic. Patchomatic is documented on the netfilter website under patchomatic-ng. The patching it does is to patch the source for iptables and the linux kernel source. You will have to recompile iptables and the kernel to add the functionality. Usually this isn't a good idea unless you have a very specific need.
