I know that the file permissions of a Linux box make it extremely difficult to write a virus that will work. However, I also know that in the wonderful world of cyberspace there will always be some moron with an over-inflated ego just dying to make the headlines with just such an accomplishment. So my question is: Are there any anti-virus proggies that run on the workstation rather than sever? So far I have only found Kaspersky to offer such a proggie, and they don't rank very high on the Virus Bulletin's list for catching "in the wild" bugs on Micro Junk boxes. So I would venture to assume the same track record on a "Nix". Any input?
