Another ssh login problem

I have login from my windose to my linux box with shh after 2-3 weeks i have a seriouse problem and that is that i can login to my linux box from my windose like i use to and i haven't done any change in my linux. And afer many tries i realized that i can connect to my linux box only throu another linux box. And i don't know what could it be the problem. And when i type the next command :

arp -e

y.y.y.y ether 00:0F:35:46:A8:54 C eth0
x.x.x.x (incomplete) eth0
z.z.z.z ether 00:EE:B1:05:60:A1 CM eth0

and x.x.x.x is my windose ip. I have check the sshd_config and the file is like the other box linux that i login throu.

Thanks for the attention

NO, i don't get any responses. But is very strange because i used to conect to it and both of them are from the same network of my provider (ISP) and both have public ip's.

I'd reboot the windows system and turn off all firewalls, then do the usual networking connectivity tests: try pinging again, traceroute (tracert), making sure all the physical connections are ok, make sure neither of the NICs are bad, etc.
