Anivirus for all the network
Hi i have centos 4.4 as a sever router and i would like to make act as an antivirus for all the network i mean to filter all the internet traffic for all my internal pc
So i would like to give me a link or to recommend an app
Also i would like th information to be generall because i am thinking to put fedor instead of centos because of more apps and bigger community thanks

That's a separate question and should be asked in the Linuxquestions.org CentOS, Fedora Core or Red Hat fora. Shall I split that off into a separate thread? Anyway. Like other network applicances with a dedicated task (think firewall, proxy) a router should only contain minimal amount of and only stable software. A router is a router and not a playground.
any solution without needing to set up a proxy there is?
A proxy is what you need so if that's a problem you should explain why.
Also running a proxy doesn't mean you shouldn't properly harden workstations.
