An "Acess Diver" equivilent in Linux?
 

I get the error when I try and run it with Crossover office too. Is there any equivilent to Access Diver for linux?

Pretty desperate, and I'd like to have an alternative to installing Windows on my other machine in the office here!

According to the website, "AccessDiver is a software which can detect security failures on your web pages. It has multiple efficient tools which will verify the robustness of your accounts and directories accurately. It does vulnurability scans, brute force attemps, port scans, among other things.

Before you assume this is some lame attempt for someone to be a "hacker" on Linux, think again. I'm in charge of a network at a school, and break-in testing is pretty important.

Linux has a stack of tools for these things - ethereal for packet analysis, nmap for port scans, Nessus, Snort etc., so it's worth installing a Linux box, getting a good book and setting up whatever you like from the book. You can run this stuff on OS X as well, but setting up on Windows is going to painful at best.
