advanced vsftpd logging

Hello, I need to setup an FTP server for my company and was researching different programs. I have decided to use VSFTPD. I wanted to know how I could do advanced logging for it. For example, I want to know EVERYTHING a user is doing on an ftp session. I don't think the standard format logging cuts it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks...
