430KB .tgz with no files. What, me worry?

Hello.. I was poking around, looking for a bit of software to pull music tracks off PSX CDs when I found 'PcsxSrc-1.5.tgz' at SourceForge.net

I opened it w/Konqueror and it was empty! Ark: same thing. Then KHexEdit. There's 'something' in it, but exactly what I can't tell. Should I be concerned about possible malicious code execution?

Obviously, something is awry. My instincts tell me SourceForge surely keeps their eyes peeled for any funny business. But I'm still puzzled by what is in this file. What do you think?

I just downloaded that file and it seems that it's a corrupt archive and someone has posted a bug report on the SF project site but it's years old, looks like the project is no longer maintained.
