New version and support for KOffice users

With the release of a bold new version (2.0.0) of KOffice in the New Year, I've initiated a site for users. If it attracts sufficient support, it may become the basis for an official site. An official bulletin board site is expected in any event.

I've added a forum to the wiki and can implement a blog module if there is a demand. Administrators, moderators, members and other contributors are most welcome. I don't have a lot of time myself.

We are in a limbo until the new version is released. It will be cross platform and be a considerable upgrade of the present version. I'm adding some links to the site and will add notes as time allows.

Lightbulb New version (2.0.0) of KOffice

Does this version of KOffice has a better orthographic, grammatical and style tool than MS Word?

There's a version for testing. I'm leaving it until my distro has the final release on tap. I'm proud to say I've never used M$ Office and hope I never have to. I'm also putting as much distance between me and OO as I can.
